Yesterday afternoon I ran into these guys downstairs as they were topping up the graffiti on the side wall of my building. There were plenty of people taking pictures and judging by the fact that they were "performing" under broad day light, it was probably a form of Art.I think it was very cool and artistic indeed. Obviously I don't own the building, otherwise I might have to consider this outright vandalism.
Building design for beginners: Avoid blank white walls on your building unless you would like some random people to decorate it with spray paint.

Personally, I really like to have this kind of "vandalism" if I were the owner of the building. The decoration looks wonderful without my paying a cent or penny in the UK.
