A couple of weeks ago I had breakfast at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Shoreditch High Street. Architecturally, the hotel offers nothing to write home about. Nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised by the nice view across the City from the top floor cafe. Having breakfast in front of the ever-growing London skyline, with the London overground trains running below like toy trains, is kind of nice! :)
